This is a solution example, not a record of a client project.
In many factories, production data is written on a whiteboard and copied into a spreadsheet at every shift change. The numbers are always one shift late, and stoppage causes are rarely recorded at all.
What we propose is reading directly from the machine controllers, shown on a large per-line screen and summarised into one daily report. What changes is not only the speed of the data, but that stoppage causes finally have numbers attached.
