What we set up is a documented arrangement: every service has a reason to be there, every access has an owner, and every change leaves a note. A move to the cloud happens only when it answers an actual problem — some workloads are cheaper and simpler exactly where they are.
Handover includes training your team to run the routine work themselves. Vendor lock-in is not a business model we chose.
